In this factory, lentil coming from the field is cleaned, classified, damped, peeled and splitted. This splitted lentil is polished and packed by automatic packing machines. All these operations are made continuously and automated.

Capacity of these plants can vary from 1 tons / hour up to the 20 tons / hour.
