The hard drum wheat coming from the field, firstly cleaned from the foreign impurities, than washed and boiled in cooking boiler. Boiled wheat with 60 – 70 % humidity comes to the Drying Tower. Humidity of wheat drops to 13-14 % in Drying Tower. Drying process is made either vapoor supplied by steam boiler or by hot air supplied by hot air producers. Dried wheat stored in storage silos. This wheat washed and peeled. Bran is seperated with air and than it is broken into the small parts with vertical roller mill. This broken wheat polished with vertical polishing machine and it is classified with Square Sifter for packing.
