The vertical
bulgur (pounded wheat) polishing machine AKDPM
has been new generated, designed and produced
by AKDEGIRMEN. This machine is used to ensure the
yellow colour to peeled and broken wheat (bulgur)
with a
special improved squeezing
technique. Bulgur is taken its natural yellow
color during this process and the
sharpcorners of bulgur are smoothened
and surface and appeerance of bulgur will be
better. This new type machine has a 50% less
electric consumption and has better bulgur quality
compared to the old type horizontal machines. |
